Registration and Login
How do I register?
To register, please contact email@example.com or call our London offices at +44 207 493 5875. Once we have registered you, you will receive an email to set your password and login.
I forgot my password. What do I do next?
On the login page please click ‘Forgot your password?’ and enter the email address you have registered with. You will be sent a Password reset link to your email address.
Are my personal details secure?
I cannot login. What do I do?
If you have entered the correct email address and password and are still experiencing issues, please contact uas at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out.
How do I schedule a lesson?
The Client sees your calendar and contacts you to schedule a Lesson. Once you schedule the Lesson it appears as “pending” (yellow) in your calendar, the Client receives an email to confirm. Once the Client has approved the lesson, it appears as booked (red) in your calendar and you also receive a confirmation email.
How do I reschedule/cancel a lesson?
You can reschedule a lesson by cancelling the existing lesson and booking a new lesson as described above. Please keep in mind that we operate a 24 hours cancellation policy

How do get paid?
You will see all the financial details on the Payment page.
The system automatically tots up the hours worked. For online paying clients, you don’t have to do anything except keeping your bank details up to date under ‘My Account’. You also have the option to have the invoices emailed to you by clicking “Email me invoices” on the Payment page. For invoicing clients you have to submit an invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org. In both cases, you will be paid at the end of the month/beginning of the following.
